TopDry Refund & Return Policy

At TopDry, we are committed to providing a risk-free purchase experience. We gladly accept returns and process refunds as part of our dedication to customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth experience.


1. Return Window

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us via email or phone within this period.

3. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Contact us at info@topdry.in or +91 98719 37336 to inform us of your return and provide your invoice number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, send the product back to our warehouse at the address above.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).

Important: If the return is due to a defect or damage during shipping, TopDry will cover the return shipping charges.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. 

If your purchase was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos and details to info@topdry.in.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, and any return shipping charges will be covered by TopDry.

Please note that used products or items where the packaging has been opened cannot be returned, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
