This Shipping Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of RS & HS Industries Pvt Ltd and our family of websites (individually and collectively TopDry, "we", "us", or "our"). It outlines how we handle shipping for purchases made on our e-commerce store at www.topdry.in and our mobile applications (collectively “Sites”).

2. Product Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch product orders within 5 business days of order confirmation (excluding holidays and sale event peaks). For bulk orders, the processing time may extend up to 15 business days, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.

- Delhi NCR: 3-5 business days
- Mumbai: 4-6 business days
- Bangalore: 5-7 business days
- International (e.g., USA, UK): 8-9 business days
Delivery timelines provided during checkout, through email notifications, SMS, and other communication channels are estimates based on product type, fulfillment location, PIN code, courier company timelines, etc., calculated from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events.
3. Shipping Charges and Policies
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight brackets of the product, dispatch location, and delivery location PIN codes. These charges cover our handling costs and express courier fees.

- Standard Delivery Charges: ₹200.

Bulky Items (e.g., Furniture): Additional special delivery charges apply. Oversized items may be shipped in multiple dispatches with corresponding invoices.

Customs Clearance: Delays beyond 5 business days due to customs will not count as transit time.
4. Loss or Damage in Transit
We verify all shipments before handing them over to our delivery partner, Delhivery. If you notice any loss or damage at delivery:
- Refuse Acceptance: Please refuse the package upon delivery.
- Notify Us: Contact our support team within 48 hours with photographs detailing the damage.
- Resolution: We will coordinate with Delhivery to provide a free replacement or refund, subject to verification of the damage.
5. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address:
- Request Window: Must be made within 4 hours of placing the order.
- Process: Contact our support team immediately to amend the order before dispatch.
- Post-Dispatch: Requests received after dispatch cannot be accommodated due to operational constraints.
- Additional Charges: Any extra costs arising from address changes will be borne by the customer.
6. Packaging Material
To minimize environmental impact, we use recyclable packaging materials such as cardboard boxes and paper tape that meet industrial standards to prevent transit damage.
- For Returns/Exchanges: Please retain the original packaging to facilitate safe reshipment. Additional charges may apply for replacing packaging of used products. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.
